Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Stanna website at stanna.io before the app launches. Right now the site does two things: it lets you join a waitlist and optionally submit a Signal for possible display. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What Stanna is right now

Stanna is a dating app in development. It is not available yet. This site is a preview: a waitlist and a small board of example Signals. The terms for the app itself will be published when it launches, and those will govern your use of the app.

Who can use this site

Stanna is for people aged 18 and over. By using this site or submitting anything to it, you confirm that you are at least 18.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we will email you about the launch — a few emails at most. Joining does not guarantee access, a launch date, or that Stanna will launch at all. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Signals you submit

A Signal is a short written fragment. When you submit one to this site:

• Your words remain yours. You keep ownership of what you write.
• You give us permission to review it, and to display and reproduce it on the site in anonymous form, so others can see how Signals work.
• You confirm the words are yours to share and that submitting them breaks no one else's rights.

We review Signals before publishing and may decline or remove any submission, at any time, for any reason. Please do not submit personal data (yours or anyone else's), contact details, links, advertising or spam, hateful or harassing content, anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Please use the site as intended. Do not scrape it, access it through automated means, attempt to disrupt or overload it, impersonate anyone, or interfere with other people's use of it.

Our content and brand

The Stanna name, wordmark, design, and the content of this site belong to the project. These terms do not give you any right to use them. Your own submissions stay yours, subject to the permission described above.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. It is a pre-launch preview, so it may be incomplete, change, or go offline without notice. We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the project and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from them will be handled by the competent courts of Serbia.
